Scanning conditions were good.
The liver is normal in size and shape, with a sharp angle at the inferior border. Echogenicity is not icnreased. hepatic veins are normal. No circumscribed masses.
Gallbladder appears normal with no stones or wall thickening.
Intra- and extrahepatic bileducts appears normal.
Both kidneys are normal for age in size and shape. No stones or obstruction.
Spleen mearsures 4 x10 cm and is not enlarged. 
Head adn body of pancras are well -defined, showing no abormalities. Tail of pancreas cannot be clearly evaluated.
large vessels and lymph node groups appear normal. No free fluid.
 Summary : no abnormal findings
