1. 시스템 종료

shutdown.exe -s -t 00

2. 시스템 재시작

shutdown.exe -r -t 00

3. 최대절전모드

rundll32.exe PowrProf.dll,SetSuspendState

4. 절전모드

rundll32.exe PowrProf.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0

바로가기에서 항목 만들고, 아이콘 까지 수정하는 법이 잘 나와있음
