미국 연중 최대 쇼핑 기간인 '블랙 프라이데이'가 한 달 앞으로 다가왔다. 추수감사절(11월 넷째주 목요일) 다음날부터 크리스마스와 새해까지 이어지는 이 기간에는 할인점이나 쇼핑몰에서 제품을 최대 80%이상 세일해 판매한다. 해외 직구족(族)에게는 평소 '찜'해둔 물건을 저렴하게 살 수 있는 '절호의 기회'다. 하지만 주문량이 많이 평소보다 배송 시간이 2배나 더 걸리는 등 여러가지 주의해야 할 점들이 많다. 지난 7월, 한국소비자보호원이 발표한 '해외직구 이용자 가이드라인'을 바탕으로 안전한 직구를 위해 알아야 할 십계명을 정리했다.
제 1 계명 "직배송, 배송대행 개념부터 탑재하라" 직배송은 국내 쇼핑몰을 이용하듯 해외 쇼핑몰에서 결제해 국내 주소로 바로 받는 방식을 말한다. 배송대행은 소비자가 결제해 배송대행업체로 보내면, 해당업체가 한국으로의 국제배송을 대행하는 방식이다.
제 2 계명 "소비세를 면제받을 수 있는지 확인하라" 미국의 경우 주별로 소비세율이 다르다. 배송대행업체는 대부분 면세지역이나 소비세가 낮은 지역에 위치한다. 특정 품목만 면세해주는 곳도 있다. 가령 뉴저지주(NJ)는 의류와 신발에 대해서는 소비세를 면제하지만 화장품·가방 등에는 소비세를 부과한다.
제 3 계명 "150달러 넘으면 관세·부과세를 내야한다" 미국에서 국제 배송을 할 경우, 150 달러 초과 품목에 대해서는 관세와 부과세가 붙는다. 단 의류 등 일부 물품에 한해 200 달러까지 면세 혜택이 있다. 관세청 '예상세액 조회 서비스'(http://www.customs.go.kr/kcshome/common/popup/BuyTaxCalculationPopup.do)를 이용하면 편리하다.
제 4 계명 "배송대행 수수료를 확인하라" 배송대행 수수료는 업체에 따라 조금씩 다르다. 또 보험과 검수 등 세부 서비스 내용도 차이가 있다.
제 5 계명 "결제는 반드시 원화가 아닌 달러로 하라" '원화나 달러나 같은 금액이겠지'라고 생각하면 오산. 원화로 결제할 경우 이중으로 환전 수수료를 내게 된다.
제 6 계명 "수입 금지 물품은 사지마라" 수입 금지 물품은 특정 성분이 포함된 의약품 및 건강보조식품, 도검·총기 등 무기류, 성인용품, 일부 화장품 등이다. 관세청 웹사이트에 방문하면 금지 물품 목록을 확인할 수 있다. 또는 배송대행업체 사이트에 정리된 금지 물품 목록을 참조하면 유용하다.
제 7 계명 "메일로 세일 정보를 받아봐라" 해외 쇼핑몰은 블랙프라이데이와 같은 '장기 세일' 기간 외에도, '단기 세일'을 자주 연다. 관심 있는 쇼핑몰에 이메일을 등록해두면 깜짝 세일 정보를 메일로 받아볼 수 있다.
제 8 계명 "파손된 물품을 받으면 파손보험을 확인하라" 대부분의 배송대행업체는 파손 보험 서비스를 제공한다. 보상액의 한도가 있으므로 고가의 물품을 사는 경우 한도를 미리 확인해야 한다.
제 9 계명 "반품시 관세·부가세를 환급받아라" 물건을 반품하면 관·부가세를 환급받을 수 있다. 배송대행업체를 이용했다면 해당업체에 문의하면 된다. 직배송의 경우 본인이 직접 관세청을 통해 환급 받아야 한다. 관세청 전자통관시스템(http://portal.customs.go.kr/main.html)에서 안내를 받을 수 있다.
제 10 계명 "문제 해결이 어려우면 소비자보호원에 도움을 청하라" 소비자보호원은 소비자 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 소비자원 홈페이지(www.kca.go.kr)나 고객상담센터(1372)로 문의하면 된다.
디아블로 2는.. 메디안에 비하면 아주 밸런스가 나쁜 게임이랄까?..메디안 하고 나면 더 이상 디아블로2를 해볼 생각이 들지 않을듯하다.

메디안의 장점은.. 크게 세가지.
1. 용병들이 모든 종류의 캐릭터가 구비된 점이다. 심지어 네크로멘서까지 용병이 있다. 그러므로 자신의 취약점을 용병을 선택하여 보완할 수 있어서 도움이 된다.
.. 네크는 HP를 보충하는 스킬이 없다. 무기에 큐브를 이용해서 넣을 수 있지만. 효율도 그렇고 .. 초반엔 스킬 큐브를 넣는데 집중해야 하다보니 한계가 있다. 이때는 ACT1에서 나오는 활 용병을 쓰면 된다. 이중에 HP를 보충하는 보조마법을 시전하는 용병이 있다... 이 용병은 ACT 4까지 쓸 수 있따. ACT 5 되면 바바를 쓰는게 답이다.
2. NPC 상인이 파는 4가지 큐브로 자신의 아머와 장신구, 무기를 ACT5까지.. 업글하면서 계속 쓸 수 있다. 큐브로 무기를 업하면 대게 레벨 2가 필요하므로.. 레벨 업만 열심히 하면 무기는 적당한 것만 초반에 선택하면 계속해서 쓸 수 있다. 무기는 초반에 1% 레벨업하는 큐브를 붙여서 쵀대 15%까지 올릴 수 있다. 그리고 attack speed 올리는 것.. Attack rate 확률 올리는 것, HP 흡수하는 것 등을 올리면 좋은 것 같다.
2-1 또한 콜파전독의 저항도 큐브를 이용해서 올릴 수 있으므로 아주 합리적이다. 필요시 마다 각각의 저항을 75%로 맥시멈으로 채워두면 든든하다..
3. 팔라딘, 네크 같은 마법계들도 직접공격에 유리한 스킬을 보유.. 팔라딘은 방사형으로 침이 날라가는 공격, 네크는 기생충 공격으로 공격속도만 올리면 다수의 적들도 잘 극복할 수 있따. 팔라딘보다는 네크의 기생충 공격이 더 좋은 것 같다..
렙을 거의 80찍으니 ACT5에서도 막힘없이 술술 진행한다. 디아블로2 시절에 아이템 줍기 하던 하이랜드에서 내려오기하면서 몇 번 왕복하면 렙 업 많이 된다... 바바리안 용병에게 바바리안 특제 칼 중에서 36레벨 프레임?? 기술이 있는 걸 쥐어줬더니.. 마치 디아블로가 옆에서 따라다니는 것 같은 착각을 불러일으킨다..
렙이 90넘으면 스페셜 기술을 쓸 수 있는데... 80정도만 되어도 바알까지 막힘없이 간다.. 72에 간신히 넘었던 디아블로..를 생각하면 너무 수월한 듯하다..
메디안 XL의 2014년 버전 등은 .. 너무 좋지 않다.. 너무 이전의 디아블로와는 달리 몬스터도 조악하고, 너무 자잘하게 나오고.. 또한.. 너무 기술이 어지럽다... 유튜부에서도 어떤 사람이 댓글을 올린 것처럼.. 2008 버전이 가장 할 만한 게 아닌가 생각한다.

Basics: Reagents and Crafting Points
Before we start listing recipes, be aware that in MedianXL several of them require special items called reagents. Some recipes also have a further special requirement called Crafting Points.
Reagents
Victim's Heart, Meditation Candle
- These may be purchased from any magic items vendor.
Mystic Orb
- These may be purchased from any magic items vendor or dropped by monsters. Not all types may be bought.
Portable Shrine
- These orange crosses are dropped late in Terror and Destruction difficulties. They allow you to create and consecrate items.
Arcane Shard
- These are obtained by disenchanting unique items.
Arcane Crystal
- Arcane Shards are not useful on their own, but can be cubed in sets of 5 to obtain these.
Crafting Points
Several recipes have this new requirement type. Crafting Points appear as affixes on items. Therefore, to meet a recipe's crafting point requirement, you must wear items that have crafting points on them. If the total number of crafting points you have equals or exceeds the recipe requirement, then you will be able to do it.
Tip: Crafting points aren't very common. Try to collect a set of crafting points equipment. Remember, you only need to wear them when you are attempting a recipe.
Pearl of Wisdom
When you create a character, it will receive a Pearl of Wisdom. This little item gives hints to new players about the mod. Simply cube it to read other pearls of wisdom.

Gems and Runes
Gem upgrading
Upgrading gems now only requires two of the same quality gem instead of three.

Upgrading from flawless to perfect quality requires 50 Crafting Points.
Rune upgrading and downgrading
Similar to gems, you now only need two of the same rune to upgrade up to the next rune.

Unsocketing
This very useful recipe takes a filled socketed item and separates its individual components for you to reuse again.
That works for all but nonmagical grey / gemworded / runeworded items. For those, use this:

Affix Mod Recipes
Mystic Orb recipe
This recipe is a simple addition type. You put in the item and Mystic Orb, stir, and the item gains the orb's bonus.
any non-ethereal item of the appropriate type + Mystic Orb orb bonus is added to item, with an additional +2 level requirement modifier
Appropriate item type means the item must match the Mystic Orb requirement. This requirement is displayed in each Mystic Orb's description. For example, some Mystic Orbs say Cube this with armor.
Affix removal
This recipe consumes all the magic in an item, leaving a basic damaged low quality item. Why? You may want the base item to use for a runeword, for example, when you find a blue magic item you don't need.

Reroll
This simple recipe "rerolls" the item. In essence, it's as if it was dropped again. You may get a lowly white or blue magical item... or a powerful rare or unique. Having high magic find helps.

Reroll superior / magic / rare
Unlike the previous recipe, this one retains the item type and quality. If you use a blue item, it'll produce a blue item. What it changes is the magical affixes and number of sockets on it. So for example if you find a rare sword of a base type you want but you don't like the mods on it, use this recipe to change the mods while keeping the sword.

Zomghelp recipe
Yes, this is the official name for it on the mod's website. If you have very bad luck and no useful items, this will give you some baseline items. It's unlikely you'll be this desperate given that the mod has fairly generous drop rates and you could just farm the area you can't pass, but the option is here.
magic weapon / armor + rare amulet + rare ring reroll item as level 1 magic item
It's not a total ripoff; the resulting magic item has built-in +25% Enhanced Damage (for weapons) or +25% Enhanced Defence (for armor) if you use it at level 1, and an additional +2% for each higher character level.
Lucky modifier
This allows you to use 3 runes for the chance to add an extra bonus to an item.
any non-ethereal item + (rune x3) returns item, may add bonus
This recipe gives a 20% chance to add the following bonuses, depending on the item type: Weapon: +40% Enhanced Damage, 100% bonus to Attack Rating Armor: +40% Enhanced Defence, Damage Reduced by 1% Amulet: +1 to All Skills Ring: +10% to Spell Damage Quiver: 5% bonus to All Attributes Jewel: +2 to Strength, +2 to Dexterity, +2 to Energy, +2 to Vitality
Quality Mod Recipes
Socket Drill
This adds sockets to an item. The more jewels you feed, the more sockets you get - up to the item's limit.
This recipe also rerolls the socket count on the item.
Reroll regular to superior
regular item + gem reroll item as superior
Uptier recipe
This upgrades the base item type to the next quality tier. Your item mods will remain intact, but the base quality will have upgraded stats (as well as requirements). Note: due to an unfortunate bug in the game (not mod), ethereal items cannot be uptiered.

Special unique uptier recipe
You can fix lower tier uniques too. Also, the unique item isn't simply base uptiered - the modifiers are rerolled for the resulting higher tier version.

Item Reroll Recipes
Reroll non-magical to magic
This rerolls any non-magical (grey, or white) item and upgrades it to a blue magic item. Although blues are not very powerful compared to what else is out there, they have their uses, especially as preparation for further upgrades - notably for honorific items. See the next two recipes.

Reroll magic to rare (gem shatter recipe)
This turns blue magic items into yellow rares. Note that the process lowers the output item level to 85% of the input item level, with a corresponding drop in affixes if applicable. For example, using a hypothetic level 100 item will result in a level 85 item; therefore the mods on the output will be restricted to affixes that can occur on level 85 items (and not level 100 items).

Reroll magic to honorific
Honorifics are blank items that receive a double bonus from Mystic Orbs. They are green in color, have no mods, and have the max number of sockets available in them. The primary purpose is to take advantage of high end Mystic Orbs.

Disenchanting Uniques
Arcane Crystals, which are cubed from Arcane Shards, are used in a few recipes, notably turning rares into uniques. So, to get those Arcane Shards, this is what you use.

Disenchanting Sets
You can sacrifice these high level items to obtain Signets of Learning. Each Signet may be consumed to gain 1 attribute point permanently. A character can only consume 1,000 signets in this manner.

Alchemy
Elixirs in MedianXL are consumeable items that grant you a powerful effect with a limited duration of time. They can be dropped by monsters, but you can concoct your own. Please bear in mind that alchemy recipes have a 500 Crafting Point requirement.
Currently, there are five known alchemical recipes.
perfect Amber + scroll of Identify Elixir of Adrenaline - cancels a running spell timer
perfect Emerald + scroll of Town Portal Elixir of Greater Experience - +300% to Experience Gained
perfect Ruby + scroll of Identify Elixir of Greater Greed - +350% better chance to find magic items
perfect Sapphire + scroll of Town Portal Elixir of Power - +15 to All Skills
perfect Topaz + scroll of Identify Elixir of Love - reduces all vendor prices by 25%
The Elixir of Adrenaline works instantly to reset any currently timered skills, so it does not have a duration like other elixirs.
Jewelcrafting
These can potentially be the best jewels in the game, if you are dedicated enough to make a full set of them.

새벽 늦게 까지 디아블로 에 도전했다.
강력한 위용, 압도적인 파워..
나는 겁을 먹고 있었다. 하지만 도전해봐도 실제로 70레벨 이전엔 그냥 나가떨어진다. 액트 2의 하수구 2층에서 열심히 레벨업을 했다. 1000원에 구매가능한 큐브는 파란색은 무기에만 적용가능, 골드색은 아머류에만... 에머랄드색은 반지와 목걸이에만.. 그리고 실버는.. 공격성향이며 장신구외엔 적용가능하다.
돈만 있으면 메디안은 자기 무기를 계속 업글할 수 있어서 원판보다 아주 합리적이다. 우선 무기를 렙업용ㅇ로 하기 위해 1% 경험치 획득 큐브를 15개까지 입힐 수있다. 대신 큐브 적용시 무기 레벨이 2씩 증가하므로 캐릭의 레벨을 주지하면서 업할 것...
벨트와 링도 모두 경험치 획득 속성을 갖고 있으면 대략 2-30정도의 경험치 획득 속성을 갖는다. 이러면 안전한 하수구에서 열심히 렙업할 수 있다.

72까지 되면서 ... 60렙 후반부터는 액트 3의 메피스토도 잡기 시작했다. 그랬더니 던이 엄청많이모였다.
그러다 마지막이란 생각에 디아블로에 도전했는데.. 이게... 좀 대등하게 싸우는 거다.. 그래서 열심히 싸웠지만.. 불꽃기둥 마법엔 한방에 나가떨어진다.. 아마도 한 10번 정도 죽고 용병으 다시 구하고 물약으 충전해서싸웠던 것 같다.
디아블로는 내가 후퇴하는 길을 따라 쫓아왔다. 미궁전의 용암길까지 쫓아왔다.

아주 어리숙하고 서투른 모습을 보이면서도..워낙돈을 많이 모아놔서.. 거의 4만원하는 용병을 10번정도나 다시 소환했다... 막판에도 물약이 다쓴상태에서 용병의 덕으로 넘긴것 같다.. 에너지가 거의 소진하자 서서히 원래 미궁으로 후퇴하는 디아블로를 쫓아가서 최후의 일격을 날리려고 하면서도긴장감을 늦출수 없었다..
게임이 끝나고나서 나는 .. 좀 허무함도 느꼈다.. 72에서디아블로를 넘긴건 잘한 걸까?. 아마도 80레벨이 넘고 나서는 디아블로도 좀 수월하게 넘길 수 있었을 것 같다. 그렇게 보면.. 좀더 시간을 들여서 느긋하게?.. 한다면 결국은 디아블로도 이길 수 있는 게임이다. ...
인생도 마찬가지 인듯하다. 인생을 살면서 누가 일찍 성공하거나 결혼하거나 안정된 삶을 사는 것은 그리 중요해 보이지 않는것같다. 인생의 길이를 생각한다면 결국... 어느정도이 성취는 대부분의 모두가 갖게 되는 것이니 말이다.
하지만.. 생각해 보면 렙업하는 것도 장난이 아니다. 비록 속성을 가지고 있어서 그렇지만... 그래도 렙이 올라갈 수록 경험치 요구치가 높아져서... 그만큼 지루해지고 단조롭게 된다. 렙이 올라갈 수록 몹이 빨리 죽어버려서 타격감도 떨어진다. 그리고 하수구 만큼 밀집된 적이 나타나는 곳도 잘 없다... 바알 던전하고 하수구.. 60렙 이후면 메피스토 던전 2층부터...
인생도 마찬갖지다.. 물론 지금 나는 어느정도 안정되었기에 이런 생각이 가능한 듯하다. 하지만.. 렙 업을 하는 것은 .. 매일매일의 일처럼이나 고된 경험이다. 그것은 일정한 시간을 필요로 하고 지속적인 집중과 노력을 요구한다. 그것은 경험치라는 수치로 환산되어 ...아주 정확하게 반영된다...
만약에 이런 지긋함에 싫증을 내고 치트를 써보면 .... 우습게도.. 게임 자체가 싫어져 버린다...이건 인생에서도 마찬가지일 듯하다. 아마 로또에 당첨되거나 갑자기 돈이 많이 생기면... 인생 자체에 염증을 느낄 가능성이 클 것이다. ..
물론 디아블로 다음에 다시 메피스토가 나타난다....디아블로는 골 백번이나 해본 게임이라서 아주 잘 알기에.. 그 다음의 액트도 힘들다는 걸 알고 있다.. 하지만... 고생스럽게 간신히디아블로를 클리어하고 나니... 아주 ㅓㅇ취감이 큰것 같다..
몸에 좋은 유기농 밀가루 등으로 만들었다고 광고한 유명 제과회사의 인기 과자가 세균범벅 상태로 유통된 사실이 확인됐다. 제과회사 임원 등은 식중독균이 검출됐다는 사실을 알면서도 100만갑을 시판한 것으로 드러났다.
서울서부지검 부정식품사범합동수사단(단장 이성희 부장검사)은 9일 식중독 원인균인 황색포도상구균 등이 기준치 이상 검출된 제품을 5년간 유통시킨 크라운제과 법인을 식품위생법 위반 혐의로 불구속 기소했다고 밝혔다. 또 생산을 담당한 이 회사 이사 신모(52)씨 등 3명을 같은 혐의로 구속 기소하고, 전 공장장 김모(52)씨 등 4명은 불구속 기소했다. 황색포도상구균은 식중독 외에 피부 화농(고름)과 비염, 중이염 등을 일으킬 수 있다.
크라운제과는 2009년 3월부터 올 8월까지 품질검사 결과 ‘유기농 웨하스’ ‘유기농 초코 웨하스’ 등에서 기준치(1g당 1만 마리 이하)보다 최대 280배 많은 세균이 검출돼 판매할 수 없다는 사실을 알고도 당국에 보고하지 않은 채 100만갑(31억원 어치)을 판매한 혐의를 받고 있다. 식품위생법상 자가품질검사 결과 부적합 사실이 발견되면 전량 회수하거나 폐기하고 식품의약품안전처에 보고해야 하지만, 크라운제과는 이 같은 규정을 무시했다.
또 자가품질검사 이후 임의대로 재검사를 시행해선 안 되는데, 여러 차례 재검사를 시행한 것으로 드러났다.
회사 측은 2007년 출시한 해당 제품에 대해 ‘유기농 원료를 사용했다’고 홍보해 영·유아 자녀를 둔 소비자에게 인기를 끌었다. 가격도 84g짜리 1갑에 3300원으로 경쟁사 제품보다 2배 이상 비쌌다. 검찰은 원료에는 이상이 없었지만, 제조 설비시설 위생 불량 등으로 세균이 유입된 것으로 보고 있다.
크라운제과 측은 검찰이 수사에 나선 직후인 지난달 26일에야 식약처의 판매중단 및 회수 명령에 따라 제품 전량을 회수했다. 크라운제과 관계자는 “재검사 제한 규정 등을 어긴 건 절차를 몰라 발생한 실수”라면서 “회수 제품에서 기준치 이상의 세균이 검출되지 않았지만, 신뢰를 회복하기 위해 단종시켰다”고 말했다.
