태보 동작 따라하기

태보 동작은 간단해 보이지만 상당히 난이도가 높다. 상체와 하체가 같이 움직이기 때문이다. 그냥 동영상만 가지고는 쉽게 따라하기가 어렵다.

..

몇 가지 팁을 정리해봤다.

일단 모든 운동처럼 왼쪽 다리나, 팔이 먼저 나간다.

그리고 중간에 훅 동장이 하나 더 붙는다면 먼저 나간 다리쪽 팔이 나간다. 즉, 시작한 방향이 기준이된다.

잽은 앞으로 나간 다리(주먹과 같은 쪽 다리)를 축으로 몸을 틀어서 주먹을 앞으로 보낸다.

펀치는 뒷발의 뒷꿈치를 들어 몸을 앞으로 밀어서 주먹을 내보낸다...

펀치는 다리의 움직임과 연동되므로... 스텝을 뛰면서 잽, 펀치를 날리는 경우엔 이를 토대로 한다.

발차기 동작에서는 일단.. 다른 동작은 뺴고 스텝만을 보고 익히는 것이 우선이다.

1, 2, 3, ,4 의 동작으로 스텝을 보면..

왼쪽발차기를 위해 1 동작에서 오른발이 왼발옆으로 가까이 온다.

2동작에서 왼쪽 발차기, 3 동작에서 왼쪽발이 오른발 뒤로 착지한다.

4동작에서 오른발이 원래 위치로 간다...

이것의 응용동작으로 점핑이 들어가면 4동작이 변한다. 즉, 4동작에서는 3동작에서 착지한 발이 앞으로 이동하면서 나머지 발이 다리간격을 벌린다. 5동작에서 점프한다.
